Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced exclusively from Pace Vineyard, this wine delivers concentrated fruit, refined structure, and exceptional balance. Aromas of black cherry and black currant lead the bouquet, while notes of lavender, anise, and clove add complexity and intrigue. Aged for twenty-eight months in French, European, and American oak barrels, with fifty-eight percent new oak, the wine develops remarkable depth and texture while preserving the purity of the fruit.
