The 2020 CS Cinsaut shows bright fruit with smooth structure. Cherry and cranberry lead the aromatics, with lavender and cinnamon adding depth and lift. The blend includes Cinsaut, Petite Sirah, and Mourvedre, and aged for twenty four months in French, European, and American oak with thirty five percent new. Each sip delivers soft texture with a lengthy finish.
