Photography and Filming Policy

Leoness Cellars welcomes guests to enjoy and capture the beauty of our estate. As an active winery, restaurant, and private event venue, we maintain photography and filming guidelines to support a comfortable guest experience while protecting private events, operations, and brand use across the property.
Personal Photography
Guests are welcome to take photos and short videos using personal mobile devices and handheld cameras throughout public areas of the estate for personal use. We ask that photography remains respectful of other guests, staff, and private events taking place.
Photography should not obstruct walkways, service areas, or guest seating, and equipment such as tripods, lighting, or large camera rigs is not permitted without prior approval.
Restaurant and Food Service Areas
Photography inside the restaurant is permitted for personal use when it does not disrupt dining service or other guests. Filming, staged shoots, or professional equipment are not permitted in restaurant or food preparation areas without written approval.
Private Events and Weddings
Professional photography and videography are permitted only for contracted private events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and hosted celebrations.
Photographers and videographers must remain within the reserved event spaces and follow direction from Leoness staff. Photography outside contracted areas or during other private events is not permitted.
Event clients should coordinate photography details directly through their event planning contact.
Professional and Commercial Photography
Professional photography or filming for commercial, promotional, editorial, or business use requires prior written approval from Leoness Cellars.
This includes brand shoots, influencer content created for business promotion, engagement sessions not tied to a contracted event, and any use involving large equipment or crew support.
Unauthorized commercial photography or filming is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Drone Photography
On-Property Photography by Leoness Cellars
Leoness Cellars works with an in-house photographer who regularly captures imagery throughout the estate. This may include candid photos of guests, pets, wine service, food, events, and vineyard settings.
Images captured by Leoness Cellars on property may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and social media. Guests who prefer not to appear in photography may notify a staff member at any time.
