The 2021 CS Mourvèdre shows deep fruit with steady structure. Blackberry and black cherry lead the aromatics, supported by tobacco, black pepper, and roasted meats. The blend includes Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, and Syrah, aged for thirty months in French, European, and American oak with 32% new. The wine offers soft tannins with a long, silky finish.
