Description

The 2021 CS Mélange de Rêves is a Rhône-inspired red blend that showcases richness, complexity, and elegance. Crafted from 54% Syrah, 32% Mourvèdre, and 14% Grenache, this wine delivers layers of dark fruit, spice, and refined structure. Aromas of blackberry and black cherry rise from the glass, while hints of black licorice, coffee, and black pepper add depth and intrigue. Aged for twenty months in French, European, and American oak barrels, with nineteen percent new oak, the wine gains complexity and texture while allowing the fruit to remain the focal point. Long, silky tannins provide balance and structure across the palate, leading to a smooth, velvety finish that lingers with notes of dark fruit and subtle spice.
