About David Maldonado
David Maldonado grew up in a musical family where classical music became part of his life at an early age. By eight years old, he was an accomplished violinist studying the works of composers such as Bach and Mozart. At age ten, David found a stronger connection with the guitar, and by fourteen he was performing classical guitar concerts and pursuing advanced study of the instrument. His career has since taken him around the world as a guitarist, composer, and recording artist. David has performed in theaters across major U.S. cities, recorded music for film and television, and composed two original symphonies. His television and film credits include work associated with Bravo, Discovery, ABC, EMG TV, and the film “Diablo.” David has also earned significant recognition for his recorded music. His album “DAVICAS” spent 39 weeks on the Billboard charts and was ranked among Billboard’s best-selling World Albums of 2017. His later album “DAVICAS XX” reached number one on New Age and World charts as well as number one on iTunes.
