Group, Limo & Bus Policy
Last updated: 04/10/2026
Leoness Cellars is committed to providing a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The following guidelines outline important policies for group reservations, limousine services, and bus arrivals. Please review these details before planning your visit.
Arrival Times and Reservations
Group reservations must arrive between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Limos and buses are not permitted on property after 3:00 PM. The Tasting Room opens at 11:00 AM, and reservations are required for any arrival before that time.
All groups must arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to existing reservations, although our team will do their best when possible.
Reservations must be made prior to the day of arrival. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours and must be presented upon arrival.
Transportation Requirements
All limousine and transportation companies must provide a valid Transportation Charter Party Carrier (TCP) license number. In addition, companies must participate in the Temecula Valley Responsible Partner Program.
Transportation providers who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted on property. These guidelines are in place to protect guest safety and maintain a high-quality experience.
Guest Conduct and Safety
Guests must remain respectful of other visitors, staff, and winery operations at all times. Intoxicated guests will not be admitted onto the property.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited under California law. Any guest arriving with outside alcohol will be denied entry regardless of reservation status.
Weekend Planning
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reservations are limited and fill quickly. Early booking is strongly recommended for all group visits, especially for limo and bus reservations.
Restaurant Visits
Leoness Cellars operates as an active winery, restaurant, and event venue. Guests visiting with pets should expect varying levels of foot traffic, service activity, music, and private events depending on the day.
Staff reserve the right to adjust seating, request relocation, or limit access based on crowd size, event activity, or safety considerations. These decisions are made to maintain a positive experience for all guests.
During peak hours, private events, or high-traffic service periods, seating locations and access may be adjusted by staff. These decisions help ensure a smooth experience for guests, pets, and winery operations.
Drop Off and Parking
Drivers may drop off and pick up guests in the circular drive near the Tasting Room. On weekends, Wine Club members may also be dropped off near the Barrel Room parking area.
Limo and bus parking is permitted in designated areas only:
- Upper parking lot near the equestrian hitching posts
- Lower Barrel Room dirt road along the white fence
